Stiles Family Narrative

Construction Brick (from Connecticut)

Return to Genealogy Home Page

This site contains a narrative of the descendants of Nathan Stiles of Hebron, Connecticut. Nathan and his wife, Sarah Rockwell, raised a family of seven children in Nova Scotia in the 1780's. The research on these pages follows one of their sons, Nathan, as he moved to New Brunswick and started his own extensive branch of the family tree.

I look forward to hearing from anyone who is aware of a Stiles foundry where the brick shown at the right could have been produced. The brick is from a circa 1720 homestead in Connecticut. Please drop me an e-mail if you have a lead. Thanks

A total of five generations are followed, with photos and links provided where available.

Enjoy ...

A genealogy listing of this magnitude is made possible only through the generous contributions of numerous family members. Many thanks are owed to these cousins for their genealogy research and documentation efforts.
