Presenting a Chow Chow's perspective

Photo Gallery - Beatrice as a Puppy

I was introduced to my new family when I was eight weeks old. We met in Kelowna, and after having me checked out at the local vet (who declared me healthy), I spent a couple nights with Grandma and Grandpa before getting a drive down to Ladner, my permanent home. As you can see, a Chow puppy is adorable.

Until I got my puppy shots completed, I couldn't have any interactions with other dogs, lest they have an illness that I could catch. So, for my first walk, I went to the Boundary Bay sand/mud flats in Delta, and walked out on the sand. It was boring ... and I kept looking around to see what the attraction with this place was, but never found it.

I can't believe I was ever this small ... but pretty adorable, you must admit, Beatrice.
